My partner and I had traveled from California to perform a pipeline valve inspection contract using drones. We rented a car and drove 260 miles inspecting 13 valves.
I found Jeff on google. He got to our valve site in 20 minutes and quickly got the door unlocked on our 2016 Nissan Rogue rental for $60. We went on to complete the project early!
I left my keys in the ignition (with the car running) to run back inside and grab something I had forgotten, not realizing that the driver's door handle had broken when I had opened the door to get in the car previously. (It's a 2010 Hyundai Sonata problem.) So the door was unlocked, but I couldn't open it from the outside. All of the other three doors were locked and the windows were up, so I couldn't get back into the vehicle. Did a quick Google search and found and called Jeff Kelley. He was onsite in 20 minutes and had the passenger side front door unlocked in under two minutes. Only charged $50. Great, fast service at a reasonable price under the circumstances. Highly recommend!

After inspecting the 11th valve on the last day of the project, we were dismayed to find that we'd locked the keys in the car and all the equipment was out on the ground. We had 5 hours to complete the remaining 2 sites or we'd have to extend the trip and greatly delay the project and increase our costs.
